Articulating dragon wings (cheap, light weight and travel friendly)

light weight articulating Wings tutorial for my dragon costume. really cheap (it cost me only the pvc, nuts and bolds) and you can fit them in a suitcase! I am in no way a professional. I can only try to explain how I personally make my costumes. I learned mostly through trial and error so explaining this process can be hard.
