Tshwane Metro defends stringent entry requirements for Townlands Social Housing Project
The Tshwane Metro has defended its stringent entry requirements for would-be tenants at their Townlands Social Housing Project in Marabastad. This was after the Housing Company Tshwane, which manages the project, increased the qualifying income bracket to accommodate more people.
