Wodonga Council has a Youth To Industry project, which focuses on workforce development and aims to connect employers to young people to help enhance local employment retention. Forming part of this project was the creation of local industry employment film clips. The clips aim to: Showcase the variety and nature of employment in the manufacturing sector; Increase young people's knowledge and understanding of potential career options; and Communicate the benefits of working in key local industry sectors to young people.
