This is a free rib course for anyone trying to make world class baby back ribs. I fired up my Smokin brothers Vertical and set the temp to 250F. Then I Rubbed the ribs in Bobby T's Alpha Rub, wrapped the ribs in foil with Blues Hogs Tennessee Red sauce and these were honestly world class, Perfect and flavorful in every bite and way.
