This is a scene of trains arriving and departing one after another at Kyobashi Station on the Keihan Main Line during the evening rush hours on weekdays in Japan (around 17:00 to 19:00). All vehicles have reserved seats, liners, rapid limited express "Rakuraku" (8000 series, one train bound for Yodoyabashi), limited express, rapid express, express, semi-express, regional express, and local (stops at each station) Keihan Railway vehicles are shown. Platform doors are installed on Platforms 1 and 2 (platforms bound for Demachiyanagi). Keihan Main Line trains have a mix of two-door and three-door cars, and the platform doors open and close according to the door position of each car. For 2-door cars (8000 series), the platform door will also remain closed if there is no middle door. Platform doors have not yet been installed on platforms 3 and 4 (Yodoyabashi/Nakanoshima bound platforms). This is the time when the rapid express train "Rakuraku" bound for Yodoyabashi with the sign "Kyobashi - Shichijo Nonstop" is in operation on weekday evenings. One 8000 series is shown. I also photographed two "Liner" bound for Demachiyanagi and one bound for Yodoyabashi, all of which have reserved seats. Previously, only the doors of even-numbered liners opened for boarding and alighting, but now all doors can be opened.
