Soldering a tiny SMD chip with paste and hot air
For scale things appearing in the video are the solder paste being applied with a needle, needle point tweezers holding the chip, the hot air gun nozzle (6mm across), the white fluffy thing is a marker tip dispensing flux and finally the soldering iron tip to clear the "bridge" short between two pins.
