Awareness Is Reality Reality is not physical, external, or objective. It is the field of knowing itself. What we call “mind” is not inside reality—it is reality appearing as experience. Touching the Table Is Touching Awareness When you touch a table, you don’t encounter matter—you encounter awareness in the form of sensation. There is no second substance behind experience.
