KTM Intercity Ekspres Selatan nº 43 Gemas ⇒ Chamek

The journey aboard KTM Intercity Ekspres Selatan Train nº 43 from Gemas to Chamek. The KTM West Coast Line south from Gemas is presently unelectrified and follows an elderly alignment. Visibile from these scenes are the major earthworks being undertaken to modernise the line with easier grades, reduced radii on curves, level crossings eliminated, electrification and duplication throughout to allow the ETS to run south to Johor Bahru (JB Sentral Station) with a targetted start date in 2022.
