He has raised and bred horses for over 20 years, successfully breeding beautiful, elegant white horses known as the "White Horse of Lamphun." Caring for them has become a hobby that keeps the retired teacher entertained and allows him to continue his teaching duties, simply by switching from teaching students to horses. Grandma's Recipe: The taro plant is familiar to many, but not all parts are edible. All we know is that the taro plant can be used in curry. However, this isn't as simple as it sounds. The taro plant's leaves can also be used in cooking, but in a unique way. In Ban Kha District, Ratchaburi Province, people in this community often use taro leaves to create amazing dishes. The preparation process is unique, with cooking using bamboo tubes, a local tradition and culture. The dish is called "Bamboo Stew with Taro Leaves."
