I started cooking after getting married at 30. I became passionate about cooking, wanting to make my partner and friends even happier when they said, "It's really delicious!" In 2022, at the age of 32, I started working at a restaurant. I mastered the art of making the restaurant's signature dish, the incredibly popular fried chicken, and became known as the "Fried Chicken Prince" by the staff. * One day, a friend requested, "I want to try Takuchan's original fried chicken!" I made it, and it was a huge hit. I invited friends over to my home for a fried chicken party. It has grown to the point where I now hold traveling fried chicken parties not only at home, but also in Okinawa, Fukuoka, Tokyo, Sendai, and other parts of Japan. * I want to further explore the appeal of fried chicken.
