Etek 3 Solenoid Leak Fix

Solenoid leak on Etek 3 issue fix. Hope this helps anyone having a solenoid leak issue. If your gun still shoots but the solenoid is leaking from the little exhaust hole on the solenoid cap. it’s probably not the solenoid that needs replacing. Something is causing the solenoid to over pressurize thus releasing the excess air out of that exhaust port. If the spool shaft in the solenoid has damaged O'rings then you will need to replace the solenoid. If the gun has no leak but you can’t control the balls velocity and it shoots too hot no matter how much you mess with the the velocity screw, then you need to replace the Inline regulator piston, the big piston inside the regulator has a blown seat. It’s the black rubber on one end. If you cannot find one then you can use some type of industrial strength gasket maker and fill it in yourself. I will have to do this eventually as I’m sure they’ll be hard to come by the older the gun gets. Hope this helps. thanks for watching.
