Purchased new in late April 2024. 1st time: 7000km - Disc replaced (free of charge). 2nd time: 14000km - Front wheel, disc, and other surrounding parts replaced (free of charge), and pads replaced at my own expense. ↑This was about six months after purchase? ↓April 2026 (within warranty period) 3rd time: 18000km - Third malfunction occurred. Since the manufacturer's 2-year warranty has expired, they said they can't provide further support, so I decided to let it go. The dealership checked with the manufacturer and apparently the part number for the genuine part has changed, but the product itself hasn't. Therefore, even if it was replaced under warranty this time, there's no guarantee that the malfunction won't happen again. Some vehicles don't have any problems, and I considered various modifications like changing the disc brakes to aftermarket ones, or swapping the front end with parts from a Gixxer to make it look more like a supermoto, but I decided against it this time. My computer malfunctioned, resetting my editing software, and I lost the motivation to edit videos. I no longer have the V-Strom 250SX, but I'll continue making the summer videos! I'll also be making other videos!
