TOUR OF MEDJUGORJE & HERZEGOVINA - Apparition Hill, Cross Mountain, Kravica Waterfall, & Mostar

In this video, we're taking a tour of Medjugorje, Bosnia and Herzegovina! We'll explore Apparition Hill, Cross Mountain, Kravica Waterfall, and the Mostar district of Bosnia and Herzegovina. There's so much to see and explore in this beautiful country, and we hope you'll join us on this tour! One of my greatest childhood friends Luka, is from a village in Herzegovina called Medjugorje. I was invited to live with his family there for a week and during that week, I was lucky enough to be shown the most spectacular locations. We began by visiting Apparition Hill, a famous religious landmark and perhaps the site that earned Medjugorje it's fame. It is believed to be the site where Mary, the mother of Jesus, appeared to six children bearing messages. We also visited the Castle built by Patrick and Nancy as well as Cross Mountain. A spectacular hike to a concrete cross overlooking the entire village. Luka's cousin Marco is a tour guide in the region, and he was kind enough to take us on a day trip to Kravica Waterfalls and Mostar. I found the locals to be incredibly friendly and accomodating and there are some extremely underrated points of interest in the region.
