When There's Sin in the Family (Matthew 18:15-20)
Nothing is more distressing than sin within a family. Conflict, betrayal, and unresolved tension can tear relationships apart. Jesus gave His disciples a practical, grace-filled process for addressing sin within the community of faith. This process reflects God’s heart: He wants reconciliation, not separation. He wants his family to be characterized by forgiveness and restoration. When we follow Jesus’ instructions—rather than reacting in fear, outrage, and panic—even the most painful family conflicts can become opportunities for God’s grace to do its most powerful work.
