As a taxi driver, he's supposed to take a completely distraught Mr. Klupitzke into the woods. There, Mr. Klupitzke starts tying a rope to a branch. That's when it dawns on Didi: Klupitzke obviously wants to end his life because his wife is cheating on him. Didi tries to stop him.
