Rise of Castles: Season Management with Google Spreadsheets

This video explains how to manage a season using Google Spreadsheets data collected through Google Forms. One of the main features of this spreadsheet is that it automatically displays information about the number of castles expected to be online during each hour, as well as Banner Castles and Speed Road Builders. It also makes season reward distribution easier by combining in-game data with contribution scores based on evaluations outside the game. The reason I created this Google Spreadsheet was because, when I served as a guild leader, I experienced firsthand how significantly the role could negatively affect my real life. It is no longer easy to find members who are willing to volunteer as leaders for a season. The ultimate goal of this Google Spreadsheet is to make guild management operate based on a system rather than relying on a few leaders. I hope it can be used as a tool to help eliminate situations where the sacrifice of a small number of leaders is required.
