What scientific advances have been made in the last three years regarding this treatment that does not cause retrograde ejaculation? Discover the technical innovations, particularly the radial approach and its benefits. Prostate embolization now results in fewer than 3% complications, all minor (when performed by an expert team). It has been recognized by the French Association of Urology since 2021. It can be performed even in the presence of a median lobe and is effective in the majority of these cases.
