Wer bist du wirklich? Dein unbewusstes Bedürfnis steuert alles

Have you ever wondered why you keep making the same painful decisions? In this video, we'll uncover the secret behind your unconscious needs. We'll explore why we often choose exactly what's bad for us and how our childhood shapes our current attachment patterns. Using psychological concepts from Klaus Grawe, Carl Jung, and Carl Rogers, we'll discover how to bridge the gap between your mind and your soul. Timestamps 0:00 - Why your mind doesn't control you 0:46 - Desires vs. Needs: The honest difference 2:49 - The 4 basic psychological needs (Klaus Grawe) 4:49 - 3 everyday examples: Mia, Jonas & Lena 8:55 - The shadow & individuation (Carl G. Jung) 11:04 - Why everything begins in childhood 12:59 - 4 questions that will change your life 15:08 - Conclusion: The path inward 📚 SOURCES & SCIENTIFIC ASSESSMENT Well-established scientific concepts: Klaus Grawe – Consistency theory and four basic needs (Grawe, 1998, 2004): Empirically well-validated by psychotherapy research. The four needs – attachment, orientation/control, self-esteem, pleasure – are considered robust. Recommendation: "Neuropsychotherapy" (Grawe, 2004, Hogrefe) John Bowlby – Attachment Theory: One of the most researched concepts in modern psychology. The concept of internal working models is very well supported scientifically. Carl Rogers – Incongruence / Evaluation Conditions: Well documented within the framework of humanistic psychology and client-centered therapy. Individual concepts are more difficult to measure, but there is broad clinical evidence. Alfred Adler – Inferiority Sense / Lifestyle: Theoretically consistent, but in some aspects difficult to test empirically. High heuristic value in practice. The term "lifestyle" is used in other contexts today – the video clearly distinguishes it. Carl Gustav Jung – Shadow / Individuation: Difficult to prove empirically, but of enormous clinical, practical, and cultural value. Clearly classified as a psychodynamic model, not a neurobiological theory. Carl Gustav Jung The three character examples (Mia, Jonas, Laila) are fictional everyday narratives – not clinical case reports. The reflection questions are based on psychologically sound exercise formats (including those from schema therapy and humanistic psychology), but should be understood as prompts in the context of YouTube.
