Learning that artificial insemination has been performed on a young woman with sperm donated by an illustrious contemporary, Victor Delacroix (Jean Pierre Marielle), a businessman of great ambition, has the idea of marketing human semen. He manages, under fallacious pretexts, to involve in his project the eminent but candid professor Menzano (DarryCowl) sui signs papers which will bind him to this company completely contrary to his own ethics. From then on, Delacroix no longer has any trouble raising funds from wealthy investors for whom profitability problems take precedence over moral problems.
