Author and librarian, Gilda Gonfier is passionate about writing which she explores in numerous forms. Her actions in favor of the transmission of knowledge through books, tales, encounters, workshops that encourage the exchange of knowledge, are remarkable. She is also co-founder of Varan Caraïbes, an association that supports, in Guadeloupe, the development of a thriving, productive, and long-term Caribbean film culture.
