Shop Talk 11: Vernier Calipers & How To Read Them
This episode I'm going to show you some of my Starrett vernier calipers and demonstrate how to read them. I'll take some OD measurements as well as an ID measurement and explain how to add up the lines to get the dimension measured. This is from viewer request and I know that many of my viewers are trying to learn the fundamentals of machining and how to use the tools properly. If you have a request leave me a comment and I'll try to add that to a future episode.
