With the country opening up post the lockdown we embark on our most ambitious road trip yet. With two Renault Kigers we head out on a pan-India road trip to discover the foods that are unique to each state of India. In part 1 we start from Maharashtra and, via Madhya Pradesh, we head all the way North and then East till Sikkim sampling the spectacular and delicious variety of food on offer as you drive all over India. And we discover that India is perfectly safe to road trip across, while offering an incredible array of food to sample when you are on the road.
