Fender’s New Lincoln Brewster Signature Stratocaster | Full Review

For more than 25 years and through 10 albums, Lincoln Brewster has expressed his faith while showcasing his soulful and dynamic playing style. His music has touched the hearts of millions and made him premier artist in the Christian Music and Praise and Worship scene. With Lincoln often scene, playing blisteringly fast lead lines on his Aztec Gold Stratocaster, the idea of a signature model Stratocaster has been something that guitarist in the worship community have been talking about for years. Well the wait is finally over! Fender has just introduced the world the new Fender Lincoln Brewster Signature Stratocaster. The striking Aztec Gold, beaming under the luster of nitrocellulose finish makes this guitar seem like a 1957 Stratocaster but upon closer inspection this guitar is a wonderful blend of the old and the new. It has a host of unique features like: Ash body with lacquer finish, a “Soft V”-shaped neck; a 9.5”-14” compound radius fingerboard; 22 medium-jumbo frets, One DiMarzio Area 61 single-coil Strat bridge pickup; two DiMarzio Area 58 single-coil Strat middle and neck pickups, the "secret sauce" - Active preamp with mid-boost and finally; Vintage-style locking tuning machines. It is a fine playing guitar with a smooth tonal response. While we may not all be able to possess Lincoln's amazing hair, we can be blessed to hold the guitar he designed with Fender.
