✨ Walt Disney World Birthday Vlog | Grand Floridian Stay, Hollywood Studios After Hours & Disney Birthday Trip 🎂🏰 Come celebrate my 35th birthday at Walt Disney World with us! Colin and I spent May 29 - June 2 at Walt Disney World for my birthday, and it turned into one of the most memorable trips we've ever taken. From finally staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (a longtime dream resort of mine), to celebrating with some of my closest Disney friends, this trip was full of unforgettable moments, incredible food, and so much gratitude. If you love Disney World vlogs, Disney resort stays, Disney birthdays, Disney dining, Disney adults, and behind-the-scenes travel content, I think you'll love this one. 🌸 Thursday, May 29 | Grand Floridian + Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue We checked into Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and I honestly couldn't believe we were finally staying there. It has always been one of my dream Disney resorts, and it completely lived up to the hype. We made a quick stop at Magic Kingdom to pick up a custom birthday button before heading back for a relaxing afternoon at the Grand Floridian pool. Later that evening, I filmed a full Get Ready With Me before meeting up with my friend Taylor for drinks. Then we all headed over to Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Disney's Fort Wilderness. This ended up being one of our favorite experiences of the entire trip. The food, the entertainment, the atmosphere...everything was incredible. We laughed the entire night, and I would book Hoop-Dee-Doo again in a heartbeat. 🌹 Friday, May 30 | Garden View Tea Experience + Hollywood Studios After Hours We spent the morning exploring the Grand Floridian before enjoying the Alice in Wonderland Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Tea Room. The theming was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and every little Alice-inspired detail made the experience feel so special. That evening we headed to Disney's Hollywood Studios After Hours, one of Disney's special ticketed nighttime events. If you've ever wondered whether Hollywood Studios After Hours is worth it...our answer is absolutely yes. ✔️ Lower crowds ✔️ Short wait times ✔️ Unlimited Mickey Ice Cream Bars ✔️ Hollywood Studios open until 1:00 AM We also met up with my friends Flower, Jess and Tiff, had dinner at The Hollywood Brown Derby, rode so many attractions, and celebrated my birthday right at midnight. 🎂 Saturday, May 31 | My Birthday! My actual birthday was everything I hoped it would be. We started the morning with breakfast at The Cake Bake Shop with Jess and Tiff before heading to EPCOT to meet up with Annette. While at EPCOT we grabbed drinks at GEO-82, explored the park, and later met up with the rest of the group for dinner at Biergarten Restaurant. To end the night, we surprised ourselves with one of the most magical experiences I've ever had at Disney: an EPCOT Fireworks Cruise for Luminous: The Symphony of Us. Before the fireworks, our captain took us on a relaxing cruise through the waterways around Hollywood Studios, Disney's BoardWalk, and the surrounding resorts. Watching Luminous from the boat was absolutely incredible. We had amazing views, complimentary snacks and drinks, brought a few beers onboard, and ended my birthday in the most unforgettable way. It honestly made me emotional. 🌿 Sunday, June 1 | Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge & Narcoossee's We started the morning with breakfast at the Grand Floridian Café, and I have to say... The Chicken & Waffles were one of my favorite meals of the entire trip. Seriously...don't sleep on this restaurant. After breakfast we visited Disney's Wilderness Lodge because I realized I never took photos of my Hoop-Dee-Doo outfit the first night. We explored the resort, grabbed a drink at Geyser Point Bar & Grill, and spent some time taking photos before heading back to the Grand Floridian for another relaxing pool afternoon. That evening we celebrated with dinner at Narcoossee's, one of our favorite restaurants anywhere at Walt Disney World. 🌹 Monday, June 2 | Magic Kingdom & Going Home On our final morning we headed back to Magic Kingdom. I wore a Belle inspired Disney outfit as a little tribute to Beauty and the Beast, which premiered in 1991 - the same year I was born - and is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year alongside my 35th birthday. We stopped for a drink at The Beak and Barrel, enjoyed lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant, and had the sweetest waitress before making our way back to the Grand Floridian to grab our bags and head to the airport.
