Nortech 43V SSM VI Drives - Catalina Fun Run - Maury & Dustin Jan 2019

What an Amazing day offshore with my Son Dustin! Our new Nortech 4300 Super V just arrived before Christmas and this was our 3rd time out on the ocean with her! She is outfitted with twin Mercury Racing 700HP SCI Supercharged engines with Racing 6 Drives to handle the roughest water at triple digit speeds! You can hear the super chargers screaming! We left HB Harbor on the Nortech around 12 noon on 1/2/18, heading south past HB pier, Newport Beach, Laguna to Dana Point area where the Whales play! Then headed out to Catalina Island for dinner where we ran around with some hard charging dolphins. Got a couple 90MPH speed runs in before a getting a 4 hour mooring with the harbor patrol so we could have a delicious dinner at Blue Water Grill where we ate the Grilled Blackened Swordfish, scalloped potatoes, and spinach. Darkess set in as we sadly left Avalon harbor for home back to HB Harbor. The ocean was lit by the lights of Long Beach and the coastals cities and the bright beautiful stars! The offshore oil rigs as well as our trusty GPS and safe driving got us home!
