Ryan Homes Saint Lawrence: How Much We Spent on Upgrades (Full Breakdown)

When you're purchasing a new Ryan Home, how much does it really cost to upgrade and add different options to your new build? Are there options that are worth purchasing, vs. others that don't add much value? Also, what are some caveats and pitfalls to watch out for when selecting new options for your home? In this video, I'll walk though all of the options - literally every single one - that we purchased on our new Ryan Homes Saint Lawrence model, and go through the step-by-step process of each of the options we selected and their associated cost. On the exterior, this includes everything from selecting our elevation, color palette, choice of additional features such as bronze windows, garage additions, porches (front and rear), and many more. And as many options as there are to pick from on the exterior, there's even far more on the interior to consider. I'll also discuss the many different interior options we selected on the home, from the first and second floor as well as the basement. This includes our interior design package, and the many selections this encompasses such as flooring, countertops, tile, and more.
