Sonic tells Eggman, "Alright, egghead! I know you're in there so, come out and face me, you coward!" Due to no answer, Sonic lost his patience and attacked the Egg Spinner, defeating it in one hit. He became visibly confused by this. He runs towards the failed mechanical device and looks down to see the corpse of the doctor. Of course, disgusted, Sonic gets away from the Egg Spinner as a voice begins to say, "This has gone further than our little cat and mouse game, Sonic. You will soon realize what my vision of a perfected world is." and then, he began to laugh maniacally. As Sonic turns to run, he notices Amy. Sonic yells towards her, "Amy!? I thought I told ya to leave!" Without thinking, Sonic picks up Amy and starts to book it off of Little Planet as everything is crumbling around them. Eggman has now fully taken over Little Planet.
