This procession has been carried out for generations, preserving its rich religious and cultural heritage. In Nagram, Lucknow, the procession originates from two locations: Kothi, Nagram and Bada Ghar, Bangla, Nagram. Both processions proceed along their respective routes and converge at a designated meeting point. Thereafter, all the mourners unite and continue together, reciting Nauhas and performing Matam (chest beating), until they reach Imambargah Syed Wajahat Hussain Rizvi, where the procession concludes. A distinctive feature of this procession is its spirit of communal harmony and brotherhood.
