Welcome to the Yuletide Yoga Challenge! This series is designed to help you take time out for self-care during the busy holiday season (or any season) because you are worth it. Our class today is a 25-minute yin yoga class. For this class, you will need two blocks and a blanket. The entire class will be done on your back (if your head is sensitive place a blanket under you at the beginning of class). Each posture will be held for 4-minutes.
