It's starting to get hot in Vegas and so I thought it would be a fun idea to check out the pool side restaurants on the Las Vegas strip. I've never eaten at a pool side restaurant and I so this would be a fun series to start. Kicking off the series I'm at the Mandalay Bay Beach, one of the most popular pools in Las Vegas.
