Zimbabwe and Zambia 2025 Episode 7 | Chitake Springs | Mana Pools

Join our convoy of 4 families, in 4 vehicles, towing 4 trailers, as we journey from Durban, KZN, South Africa, through Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia! We started our journey in Durban, South Africa and travelled via Stockpoort border into Botswana, then through Pandamantenga Border into Zimbabwe to stay at Masuma Dam in Hwange National Park in Episode 1. In Episode 2, we moved camp to stay at Mandavu Dam Picnic site in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe. In episode 3, we stayed at Robins Camp for 2 nights and explore the game viewing loops in the area - Big Toms and Little Toms waterholes and more! Our sightings: elephant, impala, warthog, waterbuck, lion, hyena, black-backed jakkel, hippo, crocodile, honey badger and much more! Then we exited Zimbabwe via Victoria Falls border and stay in Livingstone, Zambia for 2 nights at Thorn Tree House and Tented Camp, and visit the falls. In Episode 4, we headed to the small town of Siavonga, where the nearby Lotri Bay lodge surprises us with an excpetional experience camping on the banks of Lake Kariba! In Episode 5, we crossed back into Zimbabwe to go to Mana Pools for the very first time, and spend 3 nights in Gwaya Camp. In Episode 6, we move from Gwaya to BBC Camp in Mana Pools and have incredible wild dogs experiences. In this final Episode 7, we stay at Chitake Springs Baobab Campsite and have insane lion sightings!
