Even with 30-pound bows, you can achieve arrow speeds of 210 fps and more, which is incredibly helpful for hitting targets at unknown distances, whether you're using a 3D or field bow. We'll explain the theory, including the meaning of spine, spline, GPP, FOC, and why you should pay attention to the vibration nodes, also known as "nodes." And of course, we'll show you how to find them and whether thin "knitting needles" or thicker arrows are better.
