Sometimes the simplest ingredients can be truly surprising. ❤️ Today I'll show you how I prepare zucchini and potatoes in a very special way – and I was thrilled with the result. I cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry them until they are soft. I also briefly fry the zucchini. For the mixture, I combine eggs, sour cream, garlic, fresh tomatoes and spring onions (or simply your favorite herbs).
