Numsa lawyer disagrees with Labour Court decision
Trade unions Numsa and the SA Cabin Crew Association have filed an urgent application for leave to appeal a Labour Court decision against them. The union's lawyer Minnaar Niehaus disagrees with the judgment, saying another court may rule differently on the matter. Courtesy #DStv403
