We Proved Collectors Make The Worst Resellers

This weekend at Shop & Swap 9 we tried reselling for the very first time… and immediately proved why collectors make terrible resellers. 😅 We walked in with $400, made some solid sales on day one, and then instantly went into the negative after picking up CIB Pokémon Stadium, CIB Mario Party, and a bunch of must-have games for the collection. Day two was even wilder — big trades, huge pickups, selling duplicates, two N64 console trades, and even letting go of our entire Nintendo 64 collection to another vendor… just so we could upgrade the collection even more. By the end, we walked away with: 💰 Over $300 in cash profit 🎮 $760 in new collection value 📦 Some of the craziest trades we’ve ever made And yes… we still spent more than we planned. Because collectors will always chase the next great pickup. 😂 Pammy also went on a mission to support a vendor/content creator friend — and of course picked up some games for her own collection.
