After returning to the mountain, we returned to the small town of Zermatt Village to prepare for a strong meal! The second half of the trip was super Chill. The highlight of the day, though, is definitely this super popular shop hidden in the basement – ​​Pöstli Stübli ! Once inside, the whole place was filled with the aroma of steak and oil (although it was really a little baked inside, haha) 🔥. We ordered the hottest “Steak on the iron”, which were top rib eye steak (Rindshohrücken) and filet mignon (Rindsfilet). The "sizzling sound" of the steak when it is served simply shocks the eyes!
