In todays lesson I talk about MAXIMIZING ARM SPEED so you can create MORE SPEED with LESS EFFORT! Long hitters create a lot more speed with their arms early in the transition while short hitters TRANSITION SPIN which means they tire their arms to their body and attempt to SPIN their bodies to more speed! This of course creates TENSION which slows the club head down! In this video I talk about how to marry the arms to the body to improve your swing sequence! I start with the THROW DRILL and then use a simple SPEED PROGRESSION DRILL. These drills allow the golfer to FEEL their arms swinging freely in the transition.
