In this 1/8 final heat of the 500m sprint at Arena Geisingen International, I’m racing against top-level competition: Jacob Melton 🇺🇸 (USA), Julio Mirena 🇵🇾 (Paraguay), and a strong athlete from Chinese Taipei 🇹🇼. My strategy? Stick tight to Jacob, protect the inside, and fight for every meter. It paid off — I managed to hold my line and advance to the ¼ Final later that day.
