Serei no Moribito: Balsa & Chagum at the tournament

This is a short clip from an episode of Serei no Moribito, also known as Guardian of the Spirit. It's a Production I.G. anime that flew under the radar and got very little attention, but it heavily evokes the feeling of a strong female lead exactly like their most famous work... Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. The series is absolutely worth watching, and has excellent fight choreography and sound design.
