Bheja fry is a classic recipe made with goat brain. Ingredients 3 big Brain ( Goat) 2 piece Cardamom 2 piece Cinnamon 2 piece Cloves 1 tsp Coriander Powder small Curry Leaves pinch Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp GINGER GARLIC PASTE 3 large green chillies 1 small Lemon Juice 2 tbsp OIL 3 large ONIONS 1/2 tsp Pepper powder 1/2 tsp RED CHILLI POWDER 0 Salt to Taste pinch 0 shah jeera pinch 0 Turmeric powder Directions 1. Soak Brain in hot water for 5 min this helps in cleaning. 2. take a pan add oil saute with masala,chopped onions,salt cook till it becomes light brown colour. 3. Add Turmeric,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,curry leaves,pepper powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder saute all this for few min. 4. Cut brain in equal pieces and add to the masala cook for 5 min by closing with a lid. 5.
