Crispy, aromatic croquettes with cabbage and mushrooms – a classic for the holiday table. 🔥 Step by step, I show you how to prepare the perfect pancakes, the perfectly seasoned filling, and how to wrap the croquettes so they never fall apart. A simple, homemade recipe that always turns out and tastes amazing. The entire batch of filling makes about 20 croquettes.
