In GENLIN Session 2: Putting Women Who Farm at the Centre, practitioners explore how gender analysis can move beyond data collection and shape program design, training, service delivery, and community engagement. This session focuses on the practical “how” of gender-responsive program design: how teams listen differently, understand the diversity of farmer households, and design with women farmers rather than only for them.
