Start with realigning your spine along a blanket roll or foam roller, elongating, lengthening and straightening out your spine. Release unnecessary tension in your body, especially your shoulders and upper back. Mobilise your back and stretch out your hip flexors. Continue strengthening your abs, waist, back and glutes, all to help you stand up taller and feel lighter. Enjoy!
