MAURITIAN BEEF CURRY RECIPE AND COCONUT CHUTNEY | Eureka - La Maison Creole We travelled to Mauritius in May/June 2018 for the first time and it was amazing! I happened to meet Minta's son Antish while in a shop and he recommended to definitely visit Eureka - La Maison Creole if I really wanted to find out about traditional Mauritian Creole food. And as I am on this particular food journey to show you guys some foreign delicacies, I had to come by and cook together with Minta this delicious beef curry and so flavourful coconut chutney (I still dream about it sometimes :-D). I cannot stretch enough how grateful I am to have spent multiple times at this colonial house. Especially if you like hiking, you should check out the waterfall trails on their premises. When nature and fresh food comes together it's just magical! A big thank you to Minta, Noormila (who organised everything) and the staff at Eureka again!
