TwoMagpies (AUM, Electronica, Kaleidoscope Echo,Battle FX, J6, LowFi DoJo, BattleStation)

Embracing 3 new Apps that I got this week - Battle FX, Chord Pond, Kaleidoscope Echo, and BattleStation (did I say 3!). Bit of an indulgence but hey ho! Really excited about Kaleidoscope! My melodic starting point for this track was to put the word ‘Magpie’ into Cem Olcay’s Textquencer and used this to drive J6 on a tweaked version of the Jupiter Sine preset. Then it was a few busses to go into Battle FX, MolliLooper, and a few bits and bobs. The vocal chop sample is from a UK Tv show from last century called Magpie which has a very cool intro! This formed part of the video plus a lot of JamCam. #electronicmusic #electronica #techno #AUM
