This MCI D4505 Won't Drive over 40MPH
This MCI D4505 came in with a major issue — no boost, and it wouldn’t complete a regen. The fix? We had to pull the engine just to replace the turbo. This video is a speed run of the job — from engine removal to reinstall and forcing a regen to get this coach back on the road. No deep instruction on this one — just real shop work from start to finish. Sit back and watch it all come together. 💪 Sometimes the job isn’t simple… but it still has to get done. 👍 Like what you see? 🔔 Subscribe for more real-world motorcoach repairs, diagnostics, and shop footage.
