Automatic CEPD Result (REA CEPD) is an application for the automated management of CEPD mock exams in Togo. Developed by Tkason Studio, its purpose is to streamline the process during mock exams and eliminate the fatigue and stress associated with managing grades and results for teachers. With this application, you no longer need to manually calculate student averages or manually fill out result sheets for each room. The application is structured primarily around seven (7) interfaces: 👉Home: This is the first interface the user sees when opening the application. It contains all the navigation buttons: buttons to access other interfaces; buttons to access printable sheets (result sheets for each room and grade reports). 👉Editor: Here you will find the publisher's contact information and instructions for using the application. 👉Administration: This is where the user customizes or configures the application with their own information (administrative information and anonymity settings). It also displays abbreviated terms used in the application and their full meanings. 👉Grades Database: This is where all student information and grades for each subject will be recorded. Totals, rankings, and decisions will also be displayed. 👉Statistics: This section displays complete statistics for each school within the exam center (enrollment, exams taken, admissions, failures, admission percentages, etc.) as well as the overall statistics for the center. 👉Dashboard: This section contains graphical representations of the exam center's results, which can be filtered by school. 👉Search: Here, users can view the results of students using their exam room number.
