Beautiful hands and nails found over the past 15 years or so

At one time, it was possible to find, here and there, 'special' women... I should rephrase that..all women are special, but when it comes to natural hand and nail beauty, regrettably maybe less that 1% have been lucky enough to have been born with this special beauty... Now what I see as beautiful is only in my eyes, the hands and fingers should be long and slender but more important are the nails which should have longish nailbeds and even more important, the nails should have a slight downward curve. If there is growth, that is great whether it's 2mm or 10mm, anything more than this is superfluous and takes away the beauty of the natural beds. Over the past few years there have been new innovations available to 'enhance' nail beauty and a massive industry has emerged with nail salons opening all over the world and training courses sprouting up to teach 'technicians' how to apply these new products to folks who want (what they think) better looking nails. Some organisations actually require that their salespersons have a 'manicure' once a month or more frequently if the application has grown out leaving a gap at the cuticle... once a person has started with these treatments, it's quite difficult to revert back to their naturals, the nails become weak with all the applied materials and need the gels or acrylics to maintain the image. I've put together a short clip of 13 ladies with special natural nails, all ages from many parts of the world where I have been lucky enough to travel. It has become very difficult over the last 5 years or so to find 'naturals' any more... the salons seem to be winning. The ladies in this clip have something common, they don't know that they have anything more special than the other 99%. As I said, I have travelled a bit and have come across them during all sorts of situations and they have all been gracious enough to allow me to photograph them, the majority of them are quite amused that a man could have this interest.. but I suppose I am a bit odd!! This montage represents a very small percentage of images I have collected over the past 50 years. Enjoy
