SUPERARE I PROPRI LIMITI | Con Francesco Pietropaoli | S1 Ep.15

Fifteenth episode of the first season of "Partire da qui" (Leaving from Here) of Visioni da Provincia (Visions from the Province), the podcast that explores the limitations and opportunities of the provincial context. Francesco Pietropaoli, a young man known in the Peligna area for founding several formats: the marketing agency FP Agency, the events format "Reviva Staff," the podcast "Movida Lab," and managing the communications of several nightclubs. He's always put his face forward. But what's the other side of the coin? Lifting a mask, which he then managed to remove much later. Another aspect addressed was criticism and difficult moments, such as when, in a press release, he was labeled a "runaway" or deemed "too small" for society. He has also spoken at numerous conferences, where he has discussed the comfort zone and what it means to overcome one's limitations, such as stuttering. Moments in which credibility and merit merge, themes to which he is deeply attached. Besides getting to know a more introspective Francesco, we also talked about young people, the challenges of organizing meeting places, and how to overcome certain fears. Our conversation certainly helped clarify many doubts about the challenges of creating meeting places and moments for young people, but also helped us understand what lies behind the digital world and communication. Ideas, stories, and visions from where no one often looks.
