Singapore Sling - The BEST Version

And according to me, the best version of it :) This is a spicy (think sweet spices) fruit punch that I believe every bartender will make at some point in their career. I've had it ordered at several different occasions both in Sweden and the United States throughout my career. Singapore Sling 1 dash Angostura Bitters 1/4 oz (7.5ml) Cherry Heering 1/4 oz (7.5ml) Orange Liqueur 1/4 oz (7.5ml) Dom Benedictine 1/4 oz (7.5ml) Grenadine 1/2 oz (15ml) Lime Juice 1 1/2 oz (45ml) Pineapple Juice 1 1/2 oz (45ml) Gin Shake well and serve in a Hurricane glass, garnish with cherries, pineapple fronds etc. Sit back and watch the sunset.
